About Brown’s Arctic Air, Inc.

When you choose Brown’s Arctic Air, you can feel confident that you’re getting the highest quality in both products and service. We’re committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction in everything we do.

We are a third generation air conditioning and heating business owner. Curtis W. Kinney’s (former owner of Kinney’s A/C & Heating) grandson. I was taught by the best from right out of High School. “Papa” cut me NO slack. I started out as a duct mechanic’s helper. I went to vo-tech at night to learn the basics and the school of hard knocks during the day. From duct mechanic helper, I progressed to Job Foreman, running crews from 2 to 4 on jobs such as St. Paul’s School in Leesburg or Books-a-Million in the Lake Square Mall, then to Sales and Service Manager. I learned design and indoor air quality. Quality and fairness was our backbone and it was second nature. Anything else was unacceptable.

I was taught to be the customer’s informer, my customers are intelligent people. Give them enough information and let them make the smart choice that fits their budget. My reputation will be my highest advertising investment.

Thank you, John & Lara McGlohorn

We received an email from John & Lara McGlohorn today. Here is what it read:

What an exceptional experience, from start to finish. Bobby Brown was personable and scheduled our repair service at a time convenient for us and Phillip Croup, the young man who came to work on our unit, was above and beyond professional, skilled, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, patiently explained the issue and answered my many questions, made an expeditious repair, then replaced a fuse panel part to get us back up and running. Just want to say how grateful we are for his work, for cool air again, and we’d like to schedule a yearly maintenance checkup. Many thanks and we’ve already recommended Brown’s to several friends with AC repair needs.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience with Brown’s Arctic Air and for the referrals and recommendations you have shared with your friends. We are so glad to be of service to keep you comfortable and cool.

Thank you, Mr. Dunlap!

Just a short note to compliment the two young men who just left here after doing the annual inspection/service on our Westinghouse. The work was done quickly and efficiently as it was apparent they worked well together as a team. I’d recommend them to anyone!

John Dunlap

Thank you, David!

We received an email this morning from David, this is what it read:

John showed up today to service our AC, Found him to be very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly unlike ALL ac that was here 3 days ago and told me our AC was crap and should be replaced by a $6000 Bryant. It was very refreshing to find an honest man that reflects very well on your company. You have my business from now on and I will post 5 star reviews where ever I can. I have also posted a recommendation on our bulletin board for Browns.

Thanks again,
David R. Bouch

We appreciate your feedback! And thank you for the 5 star ratings.

This is a bid to move the ductwork out from under some units on the roof in order for new shingles or roofing material to be laid around the units.
